Easy Steps to Get Started

Click on the "Send A Message" button below and let me know you're interested in meeting. I'll get back to you to arrange a time for us to connect either in person or online and have a

consultation session.

If we're a good fit to work together, we'll schedule our first full  appointment. I'll be asking a lot of questions to learn more about your current challenges and goals for therapy as I start to build your individualized treatment plan.

3.

In the beginning, we'll meet weekly for 50-minute sessions. At each visit, I'll ask for updates, we'll review your progress, and discuss the skills that will best help you to find relief and stay on track.
