This session lasts 15-30 minutes, and helps us determine whether we are a good fit to continue moving forward in our work together. It is an opportunity to ask about such matters as scheduling or my approach to therapy, and to gauge your own comfort level with starting the therapy process. This is not an opportunity to do a “deep dive” into longstanding issues or detailed concerns; please book one or more full sessions if you wish to fully explore your psychotherapy needs.

Single Session or Initial Assessment - $167.50

A typical session with me lasts 50 minutes. Some appointments, such as the initial assessment, a one-time consultation, or couple/family sessions may take up to 75 minutes and are billed accordingly.

 

Payment

All payment processing takes place through the online portal by credit card. Receipts are available for download on your account page in the portal.

Benefits and Insurance

​

This is a private service not covered under OHIP. Clients with extended health coverage for Registered Psychotherapist services will be provided with a receipt, which will enable you to claim full or partial reimbursement from your benefits company.

Cancellation Policy

​

If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Clients will be charged a 50% service fee for appointments cancelled without adequate notice.
