I’m here to help you manage stress and rediscover your joy.
I specialize in therapy for women with busy lives and a noisy inner critic. My focus is helping my clients restore healthy connections with their work, families, friends, and hobbies.
As both a nurse and psychotherapist, I have the expertise to use a holistic approach in my work, looking at all aspects of one’s life: mind, body, relationships, and spiritual connectedness. I’m eclectic, drawing from over 20 years of relevant personal and professional experience, clinical training, and graduate education. As a lifelong learner, I will always continue to research and acquire resources to enhance my therapy skills.

The transformation starts out with my providing time and space to really understand my clients’ stories, followed by supporting them with personalized strategies, and finally cheering them along as they face the future with clarity and renewed confidence.
My style is relaxed and relatable, and our sessions will look like a conversation that paves the way for reflection and growth. My clients tell me that they appreciate my ability to provide support and humour in a manner that makes them feel secure. However, I also don't hesitate to offer direct feedback and challenge thoughts or behaviours that might be getting in the way of progress.
